Shipping policy

PURE LIFE VITAMINS  will notify you via email when your goods have been dispatched to you.   We aim to provide you with an accurate date on which the goods will be delivered.

Where we become aware that the date for delivery may be delayed, we shall notify you as soon as possible and aim to provide you with a revised date.

We will not be liable for any loss you incur, whether financial or otherwise, resulting directly or indirectly from our delay or failure to meet the date where the delay is caused by reasons outside of our control.

Where agreed, we shall deliver the Goods to any address (in the United Kingdom) you may specify (subject to appropriate instructions or directions being given).

We shall notify you at the time of confirming your order of any additional delivery charges or other expenses for which you will be liable.

Any items that are not received within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation email, you must contact us so that we can investigate.

We will not be responsible for any non-delivered products after this time or failure to advise accordingly.

Please note that working days are classified as Monday – Friday and exclude bank holidays. 

If you fail to take delivery of the Goods or fail to give us adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery, then we reserve the right to store the Goods until actual delivery or subsequent delivery charges which we may incur.

 We will equally not be held responsible if the incorrect address details have been supplied.
